Improv Architecture: A Dream of Sheet Houses & Plastic-Wrapped Doors
I had a dream that I built a house out of sheets and that the only framing was two metal posts as the door. I covered those in plastic wrap.
The dream about building a house out of sheets with minimal framing and plastic wrap as a door could symbolize feelings of instability or insecurity in your waking life. The sheets, although they can provide temporary shelter, are not as solid and reliable as traditional building materials.
The lack of proper framing suggests a lack of structure or a weak foundation in some aspect of your life. This may indicate a need for more stability, organization, or solid grounding in order to feel secure and supported.
The plastic wrap covering the metal posts as a door could indicate an attempt to protect yourself or create a barrier between you and the outside world. It could reflect a desire to shield yourself from potential dangers, uncertainties, or unwanted influences.
Overall, this dream could be a reflection of your concerns about stability, security, and protection. It may be beneficial to explore areas in your waking life where you feel uncertain or lack a sense of structure, and consider how you can build a more solid foundation to feel more secure and grounded.
